We support common industrial robot systems from manufacturers such as KUKA, ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa, Stäubli, and other leading brands. Robot programs are generated using customized postprocessors for the respective controller and application.
Offline robot programming allows robot movements and machining processes to be created and simulated on a computer without interrupting production. Collisions, reachability, robot kinematics, and external axes can be checked before the program is transferred to the robot.
P3D Slicer is specialized software for robotic and multi-axis 3D printing. It generates non-planar, geodesic, and multi-axis printing toolpaths for industrial robots and 5-axis CNC machines.
Yes. We develop and adapt postprocessors for CNC machines, industrial robots, rotary tables, external axes, and special manufacturing systems. Each postprocessor is matched to the machine configuration, controller, and production process.
Yes. ENCY supports simultaneous 5-axis machining, indexed 3+2 machining, collision checking, machine simulation, and advanced toolpath strategies for complex parts and multi-axis CNC machines.
Yes. ENCY can be used in combination with SOLIDWORKS to create an efficient CAD/CAM workflow from product design to CNC or robot programming. Design changes can be transferred into the manufacturing process with minimal rework.
